On the occasion of World Environment Day, I visited Studio Pepperfry in Koregaon Park to attend a unique workshop celebrating sustainability.
This workshop was titled “Funk the Junk” and was organized by architects turned artists, Ketaki and Veena who created a collaborative social design installation by making beautiful unique mosaic murals using broken pieces of ceramic, tiles, araldite and cardboard.
Everyone worked together by starting off with a plain base and arranging colorful tiles over it to turn a plain canvas into a vibrant work of art.
